The CEA is unique for many reasons, not the least of which being my specific combination of both personal and professional background and experience. This work is truly my zone of genius.
I spent decades struggling with weight, body image, food, binge eating, bulimia, depression, panic attacks, and anxiety disorder. I also spent many years learning to heal from those things.
And, I've been an award-winning personal trainer and nutrition and wellness coach, and a nationally qualified champion figure athlete.
But I was never really happy or at peace because, like many women, I desperately chased happiness and self-worth through my body and my weight.
And the harder I tried to control my body and what I ate, the worse my food issues (and shame) got.
